3. Security and Compliance

Each processor agrees to implement security measures including encryption, access control, and regular audits. All processors are GDPR-compliant and support UNTITLED APPS e.U. in meeting its obligations.

4. Data Breach Notification

Processors must notify UNTITLED APPS e.U. of any data breach within 72 hours, detailing the nature of the breach and measures taken to address it.
